Life as they say is really short, this has been proven to me
again by the death of this wonderful woman.
While alive, you radiated peace like a dove. A wife, daughter & sister;
you were someone one could be with and never think of having any issues or
quarrels.
It was a painfully rude shock yesterday (07/04/14) when I heard of your death.
You finally lost the battle to cancer after series of
treatments and care. I thought you were a survivor because the last time I saw
you, you were already gaining some weight and looked better. Wish I knew that was the last time I’d see you. I would have
hugged you tighter than I did, would have spent more time with you telling you
how much I admired you, your person and way of life.
You were a modest God-fearing woman, you loved God and served him diligently….
You were indeed a source of inspiration to many. It is really sad that I won’t
be seeing your ever-smiling face again most especially at family functions and outings.
Now I can’t but wonder why God had to let you go, I
would have loved having you with us for so many more years, but then I know God
is supreme, He probably didn’t love seeing you in so much pain so He had to take
you into His peaceful arms. God had to end all the pains you were going through
because He loves you too much…. More than we did.
Mrs Olubunmi Ayeni (my dear sis in law), I know you are in heaven
right now, smiling down on us. You’re saddened by how much we grieve for your
loss because you wish we could see how happy you are, seated at the right hand of
God; your father.
I want you to know that even though you are gone into
eternal rest; your memories will forever remain with us. We’ll cherish it forever
because it is actually a treasure. It was nice knowing you for the short period
you lived.
Dear Sis in Law, I pray that your husband Mr Bolaji Ayeni be
given the fortitude to bear your loss; it was obvious how much you were both in
love.
I pray your aged & loving dad is strengthened by
Almighty to bear this loss….. I pray your siblings be comforted by the creator
in Jesus’ name.
I also use this medium to pray for everyone battling with all
forms of cancer that the most high God shall touch your body and soul, you
shall all come out victorious in Jesus’ name.
Sis Bunmi (as I fondly called you), may you continue to
enjoy the warmth of God’s arms till we meet in eternity…….
Love you, but not as much as God does…..
Bukola Oyetunji

I'm sure she's resting in d bosom of Christ now. She's free from all the problems of this vain world. The angels would have given her a royal welcome for fighting the good fight of faith.
Life is vanity, the rest of us shld try to live with heaven top in our hearts.
Continue to rest in peace Olubunmi, we'll meet someday!
