In an unhappy relationship, people are fond of complaining of not getting enough attention from their partner. Likewise, the other spouse also complains of being too busy (with work, career, child care etc). The truth is being busy with any of these things is not a good enough excuse not to give your partner the necessary attention that would make them happy, there should always be a balance between your career and your family/relationship.
Neglecting your partner so as to give your job, career, children etc enough attention is detrimental to the happiness in your relationship. Your marriage/family is a priority... treat it as such!
No matter how busy your day may be, if you really care, you'll always find time for that special person in your life.
