BOB Reader: Pls Advise- Is it bad for the husband to let his wife know how to start the generator?…..

Dear BOB readers, I got a message from a reader this morning asking me to pose a question to you guys.
With the tone of the message, I guess this person really needs your individual opinions about what’s bothering his mind.

Please read his question below:

“Good morning, Please help me post to get people’s views……
Is it good or bad for the husband to let his wife know how to start the generator without kick start whenever he comes home late from work or when situation warrants her to do so? Shouldn’t she be able to do this except she is actually not fit to do so? Pls I need the views of BOB readers as this is actually what I need to understand”

Kindly drop your views cause according to the question above, this man wants to know if he should not ask his wife to put on the generator which as he explained, does not have an ignition to kickstart it with. In other words, the woman has to pull the chord of the generator to get it to work.

Do you think it is a bad thing? lol

Pls send in your sincere views/opinions.

Thanks everyone!

Hello BOB Reader, if your wife refusesto put on the generator when you're not home that means she's the lazy type. How can you wait for a man who has gone to work so that he can provide food for you to come home and put on the gen for you again? kick-starter or not, man up and take care of yourself woman! The man bought the gen, fueled it and then you still cannot put it on for your own enjoyment o!

Some women can ova frustrate men sha!

BOB reader, i wish you luck with ur wife o!

Women... My husband gets home around 11pm almost everyday, I have 2 beautiful children, no housemaid and most times PHCN holds on to power. How will I survive if I do not know how to put on the generator? D kickstarter is not working anymore yet I have to take care of myself and the children.

As women, we should try to take up some responsibilities.... What if the husband goes for 2wk-job outside the state, won't a woman take care of herself?

What a man can do, a woman can do better abi?
BOB reader, pls ur wife should be able to put on the generator whenever u're not around, biko!

It depends on the situation on ground. If the husband is someone who does his duties normally in the house and does not push everything to the wife, it's not bad if she learns how to put on the gen wtout kickstarting it.

Also, if the man is someone who is always not there to render assistance to the wife, she shldn't bother learning how to do it bcos he would equally shift that to her too.

It is the duty of the man to put on the generator, if the wife does it, she's only helping him out.

From experience, trivial issues like this can cause serious problems in the house. The husband and the wife need to reach an understanding and know how to handle this

If the wife does not have strength to pull it it would be understandable and that would be once in a while. If she says she cannot pull ot everytime, she is a disgrace.

She doesnt have strength to pull but she has strength to enjoy it and watch movies on africa magic abi? that's what women like that are good add...smh

Abeg, she shld help herself!

*I'm a woman oh!*
